Blind Boxes Monthly Review: April 2021

The month of April just flew by as we continued to forge key partnerships within the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem as well as onboarded some phenomenal artists who sold out their collections in record time. We are now pleased to share a quick recap for the month of April, highlighting the most relevant updates and accomplishments for our team at Blind Boxes.

In April, Blind Boxes was featured in a number of crypto publications and Vlogs. On top of the project and team being covered twice on Cointelegraph (here, and here) and Altcoin Buzz, our CEO also conducted video AMA’s with CryptoFomo and Cryptoblood.

Our integration with Polygon Network facilitated seamless cross chain operations from Ethereum Mainnet to Binance Smart Chain, where $BLES could be bridged from one network to another using Poly Network Bridge, a simple one-click cross chain tool developed by the protocol.

We collaborated with dART to allow custodians as well as creators of rare, digital collectibles to insure their assets and mitigate unforeseen risks.

Additional partnerships with BakerySwap, 1Inch, Ramp DeFi and OIN Finance were also announced, with the sole aim of offering a more immersive and holistic NFT minting and trading experience for our community and stakeholders.

Featured Drops

We continued to receive an outstanding response from the artist community and were thrilled when some of them sold out their collections in a matter of hours!

Hashlips, the NFT Blockchain project founded by South African NFT creator Daniel Eugene Botha did exceptionally well on our platform with his super rare, limited edition ‘lip’ art as did India based Swayatra, whose eclectic series was snapped up by eager collectors.

The likes of legendary artist and music composer Zinovy Shersher, as well as talented creators like Vang Cki, and Barbsie made waves on the Blind Boxes platform even as several exciting creators teamed up for an exclusive Blind Boxes drop titled The Conductors: Collection #001.

Says Anita Angelica Moore, co-founder and CEO, Blind Boxes:

“Our key partnerships with various protocols and artists are providing Blind Boxes the right momentum to propel forward in our journey. We look forward to deepening our ties in the crypto ecosystem and offering a superlative experience to our community.”
